Speed and Agility
Moves/Beating an opponent
Physical – Each day our players will begin with 1 hour of Speed and Agility training as players become stronger, faster, and more agile.
Technical – Making sure each player is pushed to improve the technique and speed, we work on their Footwork and Ball Mastery. Exercises utilize all parts of the foot including laces, inside, outside, toes, heel and sole.
Mental – Using games and scrimmages we challenge and encourage players to make better decisions based on the given situation. Teaching them to not just see what is currently happening but to control and predict what is about to happen.
Moves – The single most important ability in soccer is the ability to get past an opponent, not through passing, but straight up taking another player on. We give our players the tools they need to deceive opponents and get past defenders.
Confidence – A player always performs better when they have confidence. We help our players learn to mentally relax so they can focus on what they are trying to do, instead of worrying about making a mistake.
On the first day of camp while checking in my daughter didn’t want to attend the camp, but by the end of the first day she loved it and could not wait for the next day.

My child only went for one day but he had a blast! He got to see and work with other kids his age and older and felt that the soccer was really competitive. He loved the scrimmage part especially where he got to play as a striker. We look forward to enrolling our son again!

Riley loves the I got skills camps and jumps at any chance to train with Coach Jason! I know that Riley’s foot skills improve with every camp she attends.

Great job, coaches! Ali and the Blaze[Leahi] girls learned a lot and most importantly, enjoyed themselves!
I played soccer before football, and I was good. That’s where I get my quick feet — my feet are unbelievable. When I got to high school [Miami Beach High], I had to choose between the sports because they were in the same season. I chose football because I saw more opportunity, but it broke my heart. I still follow soccer; I watched every minute I could of the World Cup. I like to think I play football like Ronaldinho, with the trick moves and the anticipation. When he plays soccer, he looks completely different from everybody else. I try to do that too.
