9:00am – Speed and Agility Training
10:00 – Snack Break
10:20am – Technical Sessions – Work on specific movements or moves to beat an opponent.
11:45am – Scrimmage
12:00 – Lunch(Not Provided, please pack sack lunch)
1:00pm – Dribbling game
1:30 Technical session(First touch and passing)
2:30pm – Scrimmage
Drop off 8:30-9am, pick up at 3:00pm-3:30pm
