In this exercise we use the speed rings to make a small Speed ladder. We use 2 balls, 1 before the “ladder” and 1 after. Any ball mastery exercise can be done with the ball. Start with the basics(insides, toe taps) and progress to complex ball movement.. Use the same philosophy with the “ladder” start simple and progress.. You can see in the video we used 5 rings and forward only movement on day 1. We then progressed to forward backward forward movement with more complex footwork.
